Our brewing system is installed on a patch of land along Ellicott Creek that once was home to a blacksmith shop. The 10-barrel system in the westernmost of two buildings on the property runs fresh beer through underground pipes into the second building along the creek, then into four storage tanks – called Brite Tanks – in our brewpub. Stop-in to taste our crisp, fresh craft brews!

Our tap room sits on the banks of the Ellicott Creek, in the historic Village of Williamsville. Home to a blacksmith shop in the late 1800’s (the original tools and anvil are displayed throughout our taproom and back bar). We made it a point to keep as much of the original building and used the majority of the reclaimed wood from the building throughout the taproom. The menu consists of a variety of sharable items and Neapolitan pizza from our wood burning oven.
